At ALTROVE, each item is made especially for you. We work with trusted production partners to create and ship your order on demand, helping us reduce overproduction and maintain intentional, high-quality standards.
Order Processing
All products are made to order.
Production typically takes 2–5 business days before your order is shipped. During peak seasons or high-volume periods, production times may be slightly longer.
Once your order is ready, it will be handed over to our shipping carrier and you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Times
Shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Estimated delivery times are:

Shipping Costs

Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.
ALTROVE is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking link. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.
Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues
Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. ALTROVE is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If a package is returned due to an address issue or delivery failure, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.
